Our estimated processing time is about 15 minutes after successful identity verification for many checks. Some checks take longer, for example when additional review is needed, when a possible match requires fingerprint verification, or when there are delays at the provider.

Check the type before you buy

This is not a Vulnerable Sector Check. Confirm the type of screening required with your employer or requesting organization before purchasing. Most employers ask for a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC).

Refunds

Full refund if your application has not yet been submitted to our screening provider. After submission, fees are generally non-refundable, except where we cannot complete the check because of our error or a provider failure.
