How consent and disclosure work
Results are never visible to an employer just because it requested or paid for the check. The candidate must authorize disclosure after viewing their own result.

Your team sends a candidate an invitation and, if you choose, pays for the check.

The candidate applies and consents
The candidate enters their own details, gives consent and verifies their identity with our provider.

The result is delivered only to the candidate's secure account. You see the status, not the result.

After viewing it, the candidate can authorize a copy to be shared with your organization for a limited time, and can revoke that authorization.
